Postpartum Doula Services: $40 - $50
Initial Interview
Setting up a time to connect is step one to seeing if I am the right fit for you! I'd love to have a virtual call with you so you can get to know me better and learn what all I will provide as your Postpartum Doula. Your partner is welcome to join us.
First Visit
If I am hired as your Postpartum Doula, before the baby comes, we will schedule a prenatal visit in your home so I can get to know you and your partner better, check in on your pregnancy, and go over expectations for Postpartum care. If I am hired after the baby comes, we will go over expectations at our first visit.
Postpartum Recovery
I provide emotional and general support, during the healing process, by checking in throughout my time with you and especially while the body recovers during the first 6 weeks post birth.
Feeding Support
I can provide education and assistance on lactation, bottle feeding, pumping, reading baby's feeding cues, and burping your baby. If necessary, I can recommend a Lactation Specialist where further help is needed.
Learning About Your Baby
I can provide education and assistance with bathing your baby, changing diapers, reading your baby's sleep and feeding cues, swaddling your baby, soothing techniques, and general ways to bond with your baby.
Additional Support
I'm happy to help wash bottles and pump parts, start or put away baby's laundry, help with light meal prep, and I'm always willing to snuggle a baby so you can get some much needed rest or a shower!
